Apple Pie Smoothie
['1 Gala, Fuji, or other sweet apple, cored, seeded, and cut into chunks', '1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla yogurt (vegan yogurt works too)', '2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats', '4 raw walnut halves', '1 dried date, pitted', '1 tablespoon chia seeds', '1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon', '1⁄4 cup (60 ml) milk of choice', '1⁄4 cup ice']
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
