Mango, Mint, and Pineapple Smoothie

['1/2 cup chopped mango', '1/2 cup chopped pineapple', '1/2 cup nonfat high-protein plain Greek yogurt or kefir', '4 mint leaves', 'torn into pieces']

Place all the ingredients and 3 ice cubes in a blender and blend on high speed for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
