Nutty Shamrock Shake
['1 1/2 cups pistachio ice cream', '1 cup whole milk', '1/2 teaspoon almond extract', '5 drops green food coloring', 'Whipped cream (optional)', '1 teaspoon finely chopped pistachios']
In a blender, combine the pistachio ice cream, milk, almond extract, and green food coloring, and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
