Pineapple Lemonade
['2 slices pineapple, coarsely chopped', '1 teaspoon superfine sugar', '1 1/2 ounces brandy', 'Dash raspberry syrup', '1/2 cup crushed ice', 'Club soda', 'Twist lemon peel', 'Pineapple stick']
Muddle the pineapple and sugar thoroughly in a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, raspberry syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda, and decorate with lemon peel and pineapple stick.
