['2 tablespoons quick-cooking rolled oats (uncooked)', '1/4 cup low-fat milk', '1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries', '1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh rhubarb (1 medium stalk)', '1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt', '1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon', '1 teaspoon vanilla extract', '1 teaspoon honey', 'plus more to taste']

Place oats and milk in a blender and let soak for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
