The Vespa
['1 ounce London dry gin', '1 ounce vodka', '1/2 ounce Cocchi Americano (Italian aperitif wine)', 'a grapefruit twist']
Combine 1 ounce London dry gin, 1 ounce vodka, and 1/2 ounce Cocchi Americano (Italian aperitif wine) in a large glass. Fill with ice and stir until glass is very cold, about 1 minute. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
