Homemade Yellow Cake Mix
['1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour', '1 cup sugar', '2 teaspoons baking powder', '1/2 teaspoon baking soda', '1/4 teaspoon kosher salt']
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl or airtight container. To bake into a cake, follow the directions in our Homemade Yellow Cake recipe.
Store cake mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3 months.
