Jims Smoked Deep Fried Turkey

'1 Turkey',
'Tony Creole Cajun Seasoning',
'Tony Creoles Butter Garlic Injection',
'Hickory wood chips'
]

Prep Turkey for Frying, inject with butter garlic creole seasoning,and rub with Cajun Seasoning.

Smoke for 2hrs - 3hrs @ 275. Apply smoke 2x.
At the 1 hr mark Start deep fryer at 375
At end of 2-3hrs remove turkey and re apply Cajun rub then move turkey to fryer.
Fry for 2 min a lb or until Breast is 165.
Remove and rest for 30 min.
