Peter Luger-Style Steak Sauce

['1 cup ketchup', '2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce', '2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar', '2 tablespoons mild-flavored molasses', '2 tablespoons prepared horseradish', '1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar', '1/2 teaspoon garlic powder', '1/4 teaspoon kosher salt', '1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper', '1/4 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce', 'such as Tabasco']

Whisk ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, molasses, horseradish, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
Sauce can be made 5 days ahead. Store in an airtight container and chill.
