
Rosemary Orange Syrup
['3 (4- by 1-inch) strips fresh orange zest', '2/3 cup fresh orange juice', '1/2 cup sugar', '1/4 cup water', '6 small clusters fresh rosemary leaves']

Boil all ingredients together in a 1-quart heavy saucepan until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes. Cool to warm or room temperature.
