Top Banana

['3/4 ounce fresh lime juice', '3/4 ounce crème de banana (preferably Giffard)', '8 ounces chilled lager', 'Lime wedge (for serving)']

Fill a pint glass partway with ice. Add lime juice, crème de banana, and beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
