Vinegar Sauce
['2 cups cider vinegar', '1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce', '2 tablespoons dark brown sugar', '1 tablespoon hard cider', '1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt', '"1 1/2 teaspoons Colmans mustard powder", 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper', '1/8 teaspoon garlic powder', '1/8 teaspoon granulated onion']
In a large nonreactive saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Transfer the sauce to a container, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
The sauce can be made and chilled for up to 1 week.
