Watermelon Chia Smoothie
['1 cup (150 g) watermelon chunks, seeds removed', '1⁄4 cup (37 g) frozen strawberries', '1⁄4 cup (33 g) frozen cauliflower florets', '2 fresh mint leaves', '1 tablespoon chia seeds', '1⁄2 cup (120 ml) coconut water', 'herbal iced tea', 'or milk of choice']
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
